Loyalty points, birthdays, a new baby and free chocolate!

We’ve had an exciting and very busy few weeks down at Boilerhouse HQ so thought we’d fill you in on what’s been going on. As well as the offers we brought you last week, we thought we’d mention our loyalty scheme, new to 2016. You may remember our beauty and product loyalty cards from the past few years – if you have cards with points yet to redeem, they will remain valid, but we will no longer be stamping cards. You’ll now automatically receive virtual points to your account – 1 point for every £10 you spend, across any hair, beauty or product purchase. Each loyalty point collected is worth 50p, and can be redeemed in part or in full on any of our product ranges. Our clutch of Aquarians have been celebrating their birthdays the past 2 weeks – Saskia turned 29, Ruby turned 23 and Mitch, our receptionist, turned 30 in style with a holiday in Vegas! It looks like an amazing time was had and we’re looking forward to hearing the stories, and aren’t at all jealous…

As well as celebrating her birthday, Ruby also got to welcome into the world baby Leo. An early appearance after a busy Monday shift meant Ruby didn’t quite reach her leaving date, but we’re thrilled she now has more time to spend with her new little family. She’ll be on maternity leave for the foreseeable future, but we’ll report back as soon as we have a return date for her. In the meantime, the rest of the team will be more than happy to help with all your hair care needs.

If you thought you couldn’t take any more good news, chocoholics ought to hold the phone. A cheeky visit from Chocolate and Love this week means free Sea Salt chocolate bars with every appointment while stocks last. Yummy!
